I have been reading (for the third time) a book that I believe has been a forerunner to a lot of what is happening in the Kingdom right now. Even though it has been out for five years now, “When Heaven Invades Earth” by Bill Johnson, is packed with revelatory insights that can help us to function in our heavenly calling as we carry out the Great Commission.

Here are a few nuggets on faith that will expand your horizons:

“Faith is the mirror of the heart that reflects the realities of an unseen world - the actual substance of His kingdom.”

“Faith has its anchor in the unseen realm. It lives from the invisible to the visible.”

“Faith provides eyes for the heart. It brings His kingdom into focus.”

“Faith is the nature of life in God’s family. All of the Father’s resources, all of His benefits, are accessible through faith.”

“Faith lives within the revealed will of God.”

“Unbelief is actually faith in something other than God.”
