I have been noticing a principle in motion during times of anointed apostolic and prophetic communication. When preaching, teaching, etc. in sync with the Holy Spirit many times things are said that are not planned or noted to be conveyed at that particular time. Words spoken under this unction create “pathways of possibility.” They also release a dynamic of faith that provides the impetus to begin to move there.

I believe that this is a foundational function of the apostolic and prophetic grace. When things are disclosed and revealed by the Holy Spirit through someone’s communication it opens a “portal” or passage way that also gives permission to go there.

As wise master-builders, we are constructing the house of God by communicating spiritual realities that have yet to be walked in but are nonetheless accessible. This is all part of the ongoing process towards maturity in Christ that transforms us from faith to faith, strength to strength, and glory to glory…

Things don’t have to stay like they are.
