Our “flow” of life has changed now that we are back home. The last two days have been a battle in the flesh for Nette and I both, dealing with this infirmity. We are persevering and on the upswing, anticipating the breakthrough that the resistance is trying to hinder. Rest is one of the most […]

Holding On To The Word
July 21st, 2009 · No Comments · Global Movement
Whew. Nette and I had a rough night last night. We are both fighting a respiratory infection. We are drinking lots of juice and taking Airborne vitamins and looking for the manifestation of the Word in our bodies. “…by His stripes we are healed.”
As I was drinking my coffee this morning I could hear “How […]

The Noise Of Many Waters
July 20th, 2009 · No Comments · Global Movement
We just returned from a day at “Cataratas do Iguacu.” (You can do a search on Google Images and see many different photos that will give an idea of the immensity of the place.) It is the largest waterfall system in the world and a truly awe inspiring sight.
I spoke to someone last week who […]

When The Hungry Seek God
July 19th, 2009 · 2 Comments · Global Movement
“Hunger for God is a gift from God.” - Dan Duke
When the hungry seek God…something shifts between heaven and earth,
…heaven hears the sound of faith, and opens the gates of provision,
…releasing the refreshing rain and the holy fire.
Refining, reviving, restoring, renewing, and removing anything contrary to the advancing Kingdom.
There is a sound of desperation in […]

Grounded

As I look out the window of my connecting flight to Iguacu I am captivated by a strange sight. At the end of the runway of the Sao Paulo airport is an aircraft graveyard. An assortment of old commercial aircraft sit broken-down in a fenced area. Many of them are covered in mold and with […]

Late But Still On Time

Today we head for Sao Paulo and then Foz do Iguacu. The taxi that was supposed to take us to the airport this morning never showed. Fortunately, I was able to find a guard at the camp who called another taxi for us. “Speedy Gonzalez” shows up and blasts us to the airport. $35.00 later […]

Saturation

Another day of intense meetings. Last night’s meeting ran from 7PM to 4AM. It is now 9AM and most everyone is back for the morning worship. The saturation of the anointing in the meetings is worth it. Several days in this type of atmosphere has a deep effect on your body and soul.

Blessing In Disguise
July 19th, 2009 · No Comments · Global Movement
We heard a report from someone who had stayed at the original hotel that we had reservations with. What appeared to be a hassle turned out to be a blessing. The locals who found out that the Argintinean soccer team was staying there decided to do their best to deprive them of their sleep. (Did […]

The Sound Of Revival
July 18th, 2009 · No Comments · Global Movement
The fire of God is falling on the hungry worshipers. I wish I were able to explain it, but even a video would not be able to do an adequate job of expressing what is happening. The “sound of many waters” is being released through corporate shouts, cries, screams, prayers, tongues, and intercessions as God […]

Props For Brazil
July 18th, 2009 · No Comments · Global Movement
I would consider moving to Brazil just for the food! Hey. I have an idea — maybe we can hire a Brazilian cook to live with us. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it!
The Brazilians are the most passionate worshipers I have ever encountered. I know that people love God everywhere, but these folks have […]
